Fees and Payment

Fees

Fees are charged at the beginning of every ½ term so will vary in the number of weeks charged for. Our charges are in line with what the government gives for the funding of children and this is currently £6.50 per hour. We do not have any additional Top Up charges or deposits to ensure you only pay for what you use. You will be charged for the hours you book your child in for as credits are not given for non-attendance. Additional attendance hours will be added onto the next bill. You will have a date of which to pay the full amount or will be subject to a surcharge for a late payment. This is all explained on your invoice.

One months’ notice is required for reduction of hours or of any child leaving Mini Explorers. Invoices MUST be paid or you risk losing your place, being fined or legal proceedings.

For any late collection of your child after 3pm a fine of £5.00 for every ¼ of a hour or part of will be incurred. A letter will be given to you on collection as all children must be off the premises by 3pm for insurance purposes. This should be paid to the member of staff on duty.

Help with Fees – you may be eligible for the following:

  • Child Tax Credits
